A. Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Batch

• Achieve specific commercial business targets while ensuring a highly balanced portfolio growth model across SME/Corporate and special SBP schemes.
• Acquire newly verified corporate clients and dynamically strengthen pre-existing commercial lending relationships.
• Identify market financing opportunities, structure complex credit proposals, and navigate credit approval processes cleanly.
• Drive strategic cross-selling of the bank’s operational products to consistently generate funded and non-funded business streams.
• Conduct disciplined, regular customer site visits and maintain rigorous oversight to ensure timely credit collections.

B. Trade Services Batch

• Drive aggressive trade sales volumes by onboarding high-value trade customers and reinforcing deep transactional commercial partnerships.

• Conduct rigorous, documented customer site visits, monitor active sales pipelines, and submit immediate pipeline reports.

C. Agriculture Credits Batch
